What activities do you do with the children? What is a typical day like?

We have a daily posted schedule that incorporates various age and developmentally appropriate activities.
How do you handle discipline or behavioral problems? For instance, how do you handle biting, hitting, or bullying situations?

We utilize various techniques and strategies to assist children in learning how to self -regulate and develop conflict resolution skills.
What’s your sick-child policy? What are your policies regarding immunizations?

All children enroll must have and maintain a current immunization record and health appraisal/ physical. Our sick child policy is detailed in our parent handbook and is different for different conditions.
Are there any types of discounts available (paying in advance, second sibling discount, etc.)?

Tuition rates and fees are different for each and program and will be discussed during your enrollment period with our center representative. We do offer discounts for siblings.
What happens if we’re late to pick-up or need to miss a day due to vacation or illness?

All contracts are for time and space and there will be no deduction for absence. There will be a late pick up fee of $10.00 for every 10 minutes.
What is your child to caregiver ratio?

For our infant program, there is 1 teacher for every 4 students. For our toddler program, there is 1 teacher for every 8 children. In preschool, there is 1 teacher for every 10 children.
What do you serve for meals and snacks? Are they included in tuition?

We have a posted monthly menu for the center on our website. Breakfast, Lunch and snacks are all included in tuition. If a child has a special diet, the parent is responsible for supplying their child’s meals/snacks.
Are you licensed? Are you accredited? By whom?

All of our centers are licensed by the state of Michigan and three star rated by Great Start to Quality.
How can I stay up to date on my child's daily activities or behavior? Do you offer a daily report?

We have daily reports, progress reports, newsletters and text/phone communication with parents.
Do you administer medicine and/or emergency allergy treatments?

We only administer medication in case of emergency with written consent form following all the guidelines of medication administration.
